- Low Blower
Low Blower was the unofficial organ of the No 2 Bomber Reconnaissance (BR) Squadron of the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF), a typewritten camp magazine published in 1945 during World War II.
It is not clear when Low Blower began, as only the final victory issue from September 1945 is available. This issue was published in Jacquinot Bay, Papua New Guinea and features a history of the squadron, a souvenir roll, cartoons, and a crossword among its content.
The No 2 BR Squadron, having spent much of the war serving in the Pacific, returned to New Zealand in October 1945.
