CATCHING
Billo had made a date with a girl he had met only a few days before- and took her to the pictures to ‘make his alley good.’ Feature on at the time was one of those all out love dramas which get down your backbone and cause funny sensations around the heart.
As the lights were low and lovemaking, seemed to be indicated Billo put his arm around the girl’s shoulder to draw her to him. “Here, you can’t do that, soldier boy!” the girl told him. “I’ve got scruples!” Billo drew back as if he had been bitten by a death adder. “Gosh,” he said “Is it catching?”
