Charleton & Chapman accompanied by Bobbie Willis -■* croft and the übiquitous T.P.H. 4 Buckley and men of the attached , personnel have boon mixing in the ‘O brine with Tihitian friedd, Felix of the French Marine Station which accounted for fresh fried fish for* Monday’s breakfast ( our teeth are leading us your way ) To fish they t have added the capture of turtles. One Sunday recently a turtle at least a hundred pounds was taken back to camp and everyone prom - ised themselves a tasty dish for breakfast. Unfortunately, this one must have been in training for the inter Allied Smiming Champs shortly to be held in Noumea,. as no one’s jaws were equal “o’ 'this sea boy’s flesh; it was not for the want of trying. IF you have trouble in di st in - guishing between a finger, nail :and nails stool ’just hit them both - Spr. Robbie recommends this as a sure hit recognition. You may, as he did,. have a bust finger for a / few days - but. you’ll know the I difference. f • SPR. MCDonald says he just managed to shy clear of the Butchers Shop at the 4th. Gen. Hosp., Blugan - he is now back at work. (Surely he would have got back to work had he not missed the B.S. ) SPR.
