WE CAN TAKE IT: The rain on Thursday morning sent most of us scurrying to our tentsj those of us who had not dug a trench around the tent found ourselves t puddling about in a pool of water in an effort to save blankets, etc from the rain#. After all wo have come fre a country that ranks high in - social legislation and all tho amenities that go to make life worth while; and wo have come with tho primary purpose of pro\ idlng tho fighting and administrative forces of tho army with those facilities which go to mal< life bearable and their jobs more effective and efficient. It is, therefore,- up to us to realise that we cannot expect from others what wo have come tc provide for them?
