A.N.A. CLUB

Navy League Helpers Members of the Wellington branch of the Navy League were in charge of operations at the A.N.A. Club during I the weekend. They contributed the j •hampers for supper. Those assisting were: Mesdarmes L. O. 11. Tripp, P. ■ Hanna, P. McLean, X. Pearce, P. Marshall, G. Goodwin, M. z Hobbs, Hansford Johnston, E. M. Sladden, A. Walker, A. A. Didsbury, XBlackie, Misses B. Cable and Hendry. There were large attendances on both

nights,’'many members of.the Air Force being present on Saturday. Those in charge of dancing were Misses Denise I Puttick and Marie Jones, on Friday, Sand Miss Patsy Ashbolt on Saturday. I assisted by Misses P. McDiarmid and I’. Gledhill. In adclltion to men of the i executive, those giving help at the weekI end were Messrs. Turner and Edmondj son.
