Ross McKenzie Lind-Mitchell, Geoffrey Charles Broad, Robin Harold Nicholl, William Mackreith Swinburn, Norman Roy Smallbone., The Nelson, Marlborough and West Coast Lieutenant P. C. Blank, Ist Battalion, is granted the temporary rank of Captain. New Zealand Temporary Staff. Kenneth McCaskill Mclntyre to be lion. Major, Z and is appointed Staff Officer, Mechanical Transport, Army Headquarters, Wellington. ■ Captain H. M.C., relinquishes the appointment of Transport Shipping Officer, Christchurch, and is appointed Ship’s Quartermaster,- Army Headquarters, Wellington, and is granted the temporary rank of Major while so employed. 2nd Lieutenant William George ’Brian, late unattached list (b), to be Lieutenant, and is appointed Assistant Area Officer, Area No. 5, Wellington. Queen Alexandra’s (Wellington West Coast) Mounted Rifles. Captain R. S. Hosking is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), Area 8. Lieutenant J.* Bosomworth, Retired ! List, to be Lieutenant (temp.). The Wellington Regiment (City of Wellington’s Own). Captain F. L. G. McKenzie, E.D., Ist Battalion, is. granted the temporary rank of-Major. Edgar Allen Latham to be 2nd Lieu tenant (temp.), and is posted to the Ist Cadet Battalion. The Hawke’s Bay Regiment. Otto Jonson to be Lieutenant and Quartermaster (temp.), Ist Battalion.
