Officers Appointed And Promoted GAZETTE ANNOUNCEMENT The following appointments to and promotions in the third echelon of the . Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force are announced ,in the Gazette by the Minister of Defence, Mr. Jones: 2nd (N.Z.) Divisional Cavalry Regiment. Reinforcements: Lieutenant R. R.
