NEW ORGANIZATION.
After much serious consideration by the officers of No. 6 Squadron, rough plans were drawn up for., re-organiz-ation of the training syllabus. Two weeks were spent in perfecting the new system. This brings all the flights, except, one, together on two nights of the week though it does not mean that they lose their identity. The main principle of the scheme is that cadets be put into groups according to ability only, instead of seniority. Under this idea better instruction and results are obtained.
