DOMINION CONVENTION REMINDERS
CONVENTION WILL be held at Nelson, commencing Tuesday, 12th March, and closing Monday, 18th March, 1957. 1 Will Presidents and Secretaries please note: HOSPITALITY CONVENER is Mrs Bradley, 4 Brougham Street, Nelson. 2. Send the name of your DELEGATE to this lady. If you arc not able to send name immediately, but know that your Union will he wanting hospitality for a Delegate, please let her know at once. 3. Dominion Superintendents anti District Officers wishing hospitality should also send their names as soon as possible. 4. Delegates should notify their Hostess and Mrs Bradley of the time of their arrival in Nelson. In the event of circumstances arising preventing attendance at Convention, both the Hostess and Mrs Bradley should he advised. 5. Supply your delegate with a credential which must he handed to me on the first day of Convention. 6. Remind your Delegate to bring with her to Convention, hymnbook, notebook, pencil and a copy of the Constitution. 7. SERVICE OF REMEMBRANCE. Will Unions please send me by the Bth February, the names of members who have passed away during the year so that the names may he included in the Roll of Honour being prepared for this service ? 8. CONVENTION RAILWAY CONCESSION. Will all those travelling to Convention, and who wish to avail themselves of the concession in railway fares, please send their names and addresses, with evidence of eligibility to Mrs A. Dellow, 17 Suter Street, Stoke, Nelson, so that the necessary forms may he forwarded to them? —L E. Dellow (Dominion Recording Secretary).
