Dominion Convention Reminders
CONVENTION will be held at New Plymouth, commehcing W ednesday, March sth, closing Tue> day, March 11th, 1952. Will President* and Secretaries please note: 1. Hospitality Convener is Mrs Exley, 220 Avenue Road, New Plymouth. 2 Send the Name of your Delegate to Mrs. Exley. If not able to send name immediately, but know that your Union will be wanting hospitality for a delegate, please let Mrs. Exley know at once. 3. When Delegate is appointed, please send her Name to me. I should also like to ha\e the names of Dominion Superintendents and District Officers who will be attending. Dominion Superintendents and District Officers wishing to have hospitality should send their names to Mrs. Exley. 4. Delegates should notify their hostess and Mrs. Exley the time of their arrival in New Plymouth. In the event of circumstances arising which prevent attendance at Convention both ladies should be advised. 5. Supply your Delegate with a Credential, which must be handed to me on the first day of Convention. 6. Remind your delegate to bring with her to Convention, hymnbook, notebook and pencil. 7. Service of Remembrance: A hook of names of members who have passed to higher service during the year is being prepared, and unions are asked to send names to me by 15th February, 1952, to ensure inclusion. 8.
