RANGIORA DECISION A decision that no further action he taken to ohtaitj a Charter was reached at a special meeting of the Rangiora R.S.A. The motion incorporating this decision was carried unanimously. To obtain a charter would he a retr< grade step, considered the President, Mr. (». A. McAlpine. “It would he sure to alienate a lot of the support the Club enjoyed now,” lie said “Review.” We congratulate 'the Rangiora Branch of the Returned Services Association on this decision.
