EQUAL PAY FOR EQUAL WORK
We are glad to note that the New Zealand Educational Institute has upheld the principle of equal pay for equal work, in a motion carried at a session held on May 14th. In no profession has the injustice of smaller remuneration for identical work been more marked than in the teaching ranks. It will be interesting to note progress.
