It is with deep and sincere sorrow hat we record the passing of Mrs. B. H. Sit*- was a very fluent speaker with a •|t*ar voice, and her lanpuape was so umide that a child could understand m l be impelled to listen. Her masterly address on Disarmament and Peace and the league of Rations singled her out as one of our foremost speakers and her help was (M>imlit by numerous orpanisations apart the W.C.T.U. ud ahmyi willingly uiveii. In makinp a close study of the affairs of the League of Nations Mrs. l/ow spared not herself to pain all the knowledge procurable so as to foster in the minds of her audience the spirit of ami to realise the utter futility of war as a means of sett Imp national disputes.
