REPORT OF FENCOURT CRADLE ROLL AFTERNOON.
The Fencourt W.U.T.U. held annual Uradle Roll alternoon on 1 hursday, 'larch 10th, 1932, in the Fencourt Methodist Uhurcb There was a large gathering of mothers and children, and a very happy time was spent. Greet - ings were rec* ived from (.Cambridge and Hamilton Unions. M's Bartlett <President) presided, and introduced Mrs Craig, Secretary of the W.C.T.U. for the South Auckland District who gave a very interesting and helpful address, particularly to mothers. The programme was as follows: Solo, M»ss Beer: solo and chorus, Mrs Bartlett; solo, Mr Martin; recitations, Queenie and Joan BaiCett, Eric, Eileen, and Noel Turner. A gift tree had been prepared for the children, and thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, each child received a gift of a balloon, the balloons being provided by the Union.
