Walker, Mam karaniea Prior to a sumptuous afternoon tea beini st >\ sd a discussion on "V. at Weddings" tooh place; this prov< d Interesting, as two Methodist Ministers and ono Presbyterian were present. The remainder of the afternoon was occupied with two most Inspiring address; - SB the "Indian Mission: is it worthwhile," and "Temperance Work Amongst the Young People," delivered by Mrs. Lee-Cowie and the Rev Kiiiot (Presbyterian Minister of Whaagnrel), respectively. The five new mesabera were initiated, and th" Benediction concluded a very successful meeting. a report of this Conference was sent to Miss Henderson. The action of the Auckland District BzCCUtive was submitted to the Dominion Executive for their approval, with th.' recommendation that it bseome effective after next District Convention.
