The great German criminologist, Aschaffenburg, in his book on crime and causes, show’s that there are three crime centres in Germany—the first where there is the greatest consumption of spirits, the second w’here there is the greatest consumption of wine, and the third where there is the greatest consumption of beer.- From the “New Campaigner.”
