THAT BADGE.
(Katherine Mercer.) A while uko I went on a Ion? Journey, and —1 could count on my fingers the number of white l>ow.s 1 saw whilst. Why? Why don't we wear our lodges more? I have not been into a town in New Zealand without seeing some man wearii.g a Returned Soldier’s Radge. Our b&dgt* is just a* honourable, Mid we are noi a disbanded army, but an army in being, a fighting unit. If we are to b * an aimy in occupation, we need to know our friends, and they need to know as. Surely the little white bow is easy enough to carry, if only for identification. We wear it in our hearts; why not openly?
