Next month’s will be a Special Franchise Number, to commemorate the 2 1 st anniversary of the granting of the franchise to the women of New Zealand. It will be in the hauds of Unions in good time for their Franchise Day meetings.
As we go to press we have just heard that Mrs Crabbe, Palmerston North President, has been taken to a private hospital for an operation. Our prayers and sympathies are with our bister in her hour of trial,
