Dear Sisters, — You will remember that tins department is one ol the planks of our W.C.T.r. platform, and that it will receive greater prominence in New Zealand in the near future. Canon C.arland, of Australia, has recently arrived in order to carry on a special campaign throughout our Dominion, bet me remind von that wherever a \V.C.T.I\ exists he should be able to claim and receive sympathetic co-operation.
