Dear Sisters, I have just received a fresb consignment of Hd and .’ld badges supplied to Unions at 6 I and 2 I per dozen respectively, but only when cash accompanies the order. This rule has to he strictly adhered to, as, even if the cash is sent immediately upon receipt of goods, extra work is involved ami extra postage. X. /{.
