Owing to the removal at no distant date of the. building, which, has been used for several years . as a Sunday School on the Bluff Hill, it has been found 'necessary to take steps to supply the deficiency. We are pleased to be able to state that arrangements have been made whereby a suitable and valuable site has been procured fronting Thompson road. It is hoped that the building, which will be suitable for a school or meetings of various kinds, will be ready for use after the Christmas holidays. Young Men's Club.— lt is intended to make an addition to the Club buildings by the erection of a larg« room. The Vicar gratefully acknowledges the gift of £25 from a parishioner towards equipping a) miniature rifle range, | and £5 from the gentleman's wife for shootfng prizes.
