SUNDAY SCHOOLS.

1 should like to inform the clergy, Bible Class leaders, Sunday School teachers, and all who are interested m the religious education or the. young, that after a year's training at St. Chrisopher's College, I have begun work as Sunday School and Youth Organiser m this diocese. I hope later, through visits to parishes, by holding training weeks, courses of lectures, quiet days, Summer Schools, and by starting a Correspondence School, to get into touch with you all, but, as you will realise, it will take many months to carry out these plans. In the meantime, if you have any problems for eg. m the grading of your schools or m the choice of textbooks, and you would like my help, I should be glad if you would write to me at the Diocesan Office, Napier, and if you visit the office at any time do come up to the Bishop's room (kindly lent by the Bishop for that work) to inspect the lending library which is now at your disposal. The library is very small indeed, but it contains some of the best and latest books dealing with the religious education of the young, and I am m the office during the week and shall be pleased to lend out or send books to any who would like to have them.. The work to which we are called is an important one, involving sacrifice and responsibility, and we ought to' use every, opportunity offered us so that we may be well equipped for our tasks as teachers.
