NEW ARCHBISHOP OF MELBOURNE
The Rev. F. W. Head, Canon of Liverpool Cathedral, has accepted the Archbishopric of Melbourne. Canon Head had a distinguished! career at Cambridge, and is one of the most brilliant scholars m the Church of England. During the war he was Chaplain to the Forces, and was awarded! the Military Cross. He is 55 years of age.
