Who m the sacrament of marriage dost' make man and wife to be not twain but one flesh, do Thou of Thy almighty power forward all our efforts for the defence of the marriage bond and the sanctity of family life, and may no evil influences succeed m lowering, for our beloved nation, the ideals of purity and faithfulness which have been taught to. us by Thy Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
