RESIGNATION OF G.D.S. SECRETARY

It is with deep regret that we learn that Mr Turner Williams has been advised by his medical attendants to give up his work as organising secretary of the General Diocesan Fund. Mr Turner Williams was appointed to this very important work m 1920, and has travelled since nearly 3000 miles annually. Now he finds that his health is not good enough to cope with the difficult' work of getting m funds for the Diocese, which will be particularly difficult during the coming year, when a greater effort will be needed. We earnestly hope that he will soqn be restored m health and vigor.
