Oh Wednesday evening;, June 16th, the, Girls' Friendly Society Lodge House Committee paid & surprise visit .to. Mi's Simkin at her home, Napier .Terrace,! wife of the Yen. Archdeacon '. Simkin, who is leaving shortly for Auckland, and who has been a helpful member of the Girls' Friendly Society Lodge House Committee for some years. Mrs Hansard, on behalf of the Lodge Housip Committee, m very pleasant words, presented Jifrs Simkin with a pretty frpit bowl and wished iMrsi Simkin -and ;the '■VeH.' Archdeacon Simkin a happy time m their liew home at Auckland.
