Archdeacon Williams and Mr F. W. Williams. Te Aute Trust : Rev. Canon Mayne 1 and Mr T. Crosse. Waerenga-a-hika Trust : Yen. Archdeacon Williams and Mr Thomas Halbert. Bishopric Endowment Trust : Mr W. Shrimption and Mr F. W; Williams. Diocesan Offices Trust: Mr F..W. Williams, Mr Ellison and Rev. Ganon Mayne. • * • Standing Committee. The Standing Committee passed a vote of condolence and sympathy with the relatives of the late Mr W. J. Tabuteau, and placed on record its appreciation of his valued services during many years m connection with the Diocese. A vote of congratulation was passed to Mr J. B. Fielder on his recovery from a serious operation, the Standing Committee expressing its hope for his speedy recovery. A large framed photograph of Mr J. B. Fielder (late Diocesan Secretary and Treasurer) has been placed on the wall m the Diocesan offices. The Standing Committee congratulated the- Bishop on the Honor of the ■Degree of D.D. lately conferred on him by the University of Cambridge. The Bishop reported that, her had inducted the Rev, K.E. ;: Maclean, EVA., • to the charge of Woodville. Miss Hare had been stationed at the Mission House at Ruatoki, and Miss Young remained m•, charge of the Mission House at Whakarewarewa. Mr S. M.
