"We have received a copy of John Bull's Register. This journal is published monthly m Wellington and aims at encouraging British trade and affording the public information as to the commercial origin of goods im* ported to New Zealand for sale. We think the journal will serve a very Useful purpose, enabling the public to discriminate between British and enemy firms and products. We must " never again " allow British goods to be ousted out of the market by foreign substitutes. ...The journal is most interesting and well worth the subscrip* tion price.
