Ordination.
On Sunday, September 20th, the Rev. C. R. Nicolas was or darned* to the priesthood m the Cathedral .Church of the Diocese; The Choral E,ucharist was well rendereu by the Cathedral Choir and tne wnom service was highly impress* *c. Canon Mayne preached the sermon. Mr Nicolas worked for riiaiiy years, as a voluntary lay-reader iii dilierent parts of the Diocese, and has since his ordination • to the Diacon-r ate served the Church m Dannevirke and the country districts round that town.
