APPOINTMENT OF COUNCIL.
The instructions for voting by all members of the Society for the appointment of the Council are as follows :— Three (3) Clergy and Eight (8) Laymen, including Diocesan Secretary, to form Council. Strike out names you .do not wish to vote for. Each member must vote for 3 Clergy and 8 Laymen, including the Diocesan Secretary — neither more nor less— or the voting paper will be invalid. The voting paper must be returned m the special envelope, directed to the Diocesan Secretary, Napier, so as to reach him before 27th August. The voting- papers will remain sealed until the Annual Conference at 3 p.m. on the 28th August.
