New Building for the Cuba Street Land, Building and Investment Co. Ltd.

The new building now completed in Cuba street, Wellington, for the above syndicate lias been designed as a shop, warehouse flats and photographic studio on top floor; also a basement over the whole section. The eftect is that the verandah not only piotects pede&trians from ram and sun, but throws a direct and also a reflected light upon the footpath and into the shop window b.
