MISSING FRIENDS.

Left his home, Pine Hill, Water of Leith, at 10 am. the 15th instant, and has not since been heard of, George Scotney, 35 years old, stout build, 5 feet 8 inches high, fair complexion, red hair, and whiskers worn all round the chin, no moustache ; dressed in drab 'cloth trousers, striped calico shirt, grey cap with peak, no shoes or stockings; had been drinking freely during the week.

Information is requested by the friends of William Morant of his present whereabouts. He is described 5 feet 10J or 11 inches high, florid complexion, dark hair slightly bald dark whiskers, blue eyes.

Information is requested of the present whereabouts of Michael Ralph Kelly, 5 feet 11 inches high, fair complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes, small mouth and chin, walks erect, intelligent but very reserved; was last heard of about 5 months ago, when he is supposed to have sailed from Dunedin to Melbourne in the Benjamin Heape.

Information is requested by the friends of William Duncan, of his present address; he sailed from Glasgow for Dunedin in the ship Henrietta in 1860, and was last heard of by letter dated from the Waipori Goldfield, 10th March, 1862.. The only additional particulars that can be given is that he is a gardener.

Enquiry is made by the friends of Matthew Macteer for his present address, supposed in Otago. He is 28 years old, 5 feet 6 inches high, slight build, dark complexion, curly black liair, no whiskers, wears brown goatee, a native of He wry, Ireland, but has resided in Liverpool from childhood: a ieweller bv trade. Missing since the 24th ultimo, from Mount Alien Station, near Ilindon, Donald M‘Lean,

a shepherd. Description, 35 years old, 5 feet 4 inches high, bin and delicate looking, fair complexion, sandy hair and whiskers. Supposed to have met with an accident, as he has left all his clothes behind him.

Enquiry is made by his friends, through the Inspector of Police, Hobart I own, for the present whereabouts of Antonio Griman, aged 26 years, 5 feet 7 inches high, thin built, d irk complexion, a musician. He left Hobart own for Melbourne, in January last; since which time, nothing has been heard of him. He. formerly travelled with Mr. Hall, the Polyphonist, and Mr. Lawrence, Theatrical - -Agent. Will be likely to be heard of as playing at some orchestra, or place of public entertainment.
