A warrant 'has been issued by the Sydney Bench for the arrest of P. Thomson, alias -Linden, alias Palkenberg or Fallkenberg, wherein he is charged with forging and uttering a cheque for £295, on the Commercial -Banking Company, Sydney, on the 21st of

July, 1863. He is about 27 years of age 5 leet 7 inches high medium build, light brown hair, lightish red moustache, small whiskers on side of face round featured, right eye-troth supposed to be artificial, the plate slightly discerniWe , pigeon toed, cheeks supposed to be roughed, of gentlemanly appearance, a native of v rth Prussia, well educated, speaks Li glish well ; supposed to be a draughtsman, and formerly an officer in the Prussian service.
