Following are the delegates of the various subcommittees and societies of St." Joseph's Cathedral parish appointed to the parish committee of the Catholic Federation:— Kaikorai sub-committee, Mr. D. Creed and Miss Heft'ernan: Mornington sub-commit-tee. Messrs. Jas. O'Neill and D. Whelan ; N.E. Valley sub-committee, Messrs. H. L. Gallien and P. Byrne; Hibernian Society, Messrs.' J. Ford and B. Cantwell; Christian Brothers' Old Boys' Association, Messrs. P. Walsh and J. Cassidy ; St. Joseph's Ladies' Club, Misses E. Ryan and A. Quinn; Children of Maryi Misses Carter and Lynch; St. Vincent de Paul Society, Mrs. Hally and Miss O'Rourke. The St. Patrick's Harriers ran on Saturday as the guests of Mrs. Sheehy, Arthur Street. Under Captain A. L. Marlow, the run was up Rattray Street, through Roslyn to Kaikorai, where a turn for home was made. An interesting run home resulted in Monaghan being first in. The members were then entertained to tea by Mrs. Sheehy. A musical programme concluded a most enjoyable evening. Mr. Marlow thanked Mrs. Sheehy for her entertainment of the harriers.
