DUBLIN RELIEF FUND BALANCE SHEET
We publish to-day the balance sheet, duly audited, of the Irish Relief Fund, together with a cable re<eed by the Right Rev. Bishop Verdon (treasurer of the fund) from his Grace the Archbishop of Dublin acknowledging receipt of second draft. We desire to thank the clergy and laity of New Zealand on the magnificent spirit of generosity and charity which they have shown in subscribing to the fund. This spirit has enabled us to collect and send to Dublin the sum of £5130 17s fid for the trifling expenditure of £2 2s Id.
