(From our own correspondent.) July 12. The fortnightly meeting of St. Mary’s branch of the H.A.C.B. Society was held in St. Joseph’s Hall on Wednesday evening. After the usual routine business had been transacted the election of officers for the ensuing term took place, and resulted as follows: President, Bro. Jas. Stratford; vice-president, Bro. D. McApie; warden, Bro. D. Foley; guardian, Bro. G. L. Lloyd; secretary, Bro. W. J. McGonigle (re-elected) sick visitors, Bros. J. Russell and W. H. Redwood; delegates to Friendly Societies’ Council, Bro. W. MeWilliam; board of management, Bros. W. McWilliam and F. Jans; delegates to Catholic Federation, Bros. J. McGonigle and J. Stratford. One new member was nominated for initiation.
