' O’REILLY—NOONAN.’. V;. At St. Francis’ Church,. Yeoville, South Africa early, in December, , took-, place the marriage of Miss Maud. Noonan, . daughter of Mr. I. Noonan, to Mr. J. P. O’Reilly, accountant, Johannesburg. The church (says the local Times') was beautifully decorated" with whit© flowers. • An informal reception was held - after the ceremony at the . residence of the bride’s sister and brother-in-law, Mr. -and Mrs. Jardine, Frances street, Yeoville. The bride wore a 'becoming gown of white flowered silk crepe, combined with white silk, the tunic being of the figured material.- Sprays of orange blossom were arranged on her coiffure, over which fell a veil of Brussels net. Her bridesmaid was her niece Miss Marjorie Jardine. The-best man was Mr. J.- I)! Noonan, brother of the bride. The bridegroom presented; the bride with a cheque, and the bridesmaid with a silver manicure set. The bride, who was accompanied - by her parents, visited New Zealand after the South African ar, and was the guest of her aunt, Mrs. P. Reilly, Makikihi, and oh her uncle, the - late Mr. J. Sullivan, Pleasant Point.
