, " On the afternoon of December 12 the pupils of the above school assembled to receive their prizes and to enter on their well-earned«vacation. A musical programme was gone through, at intervals of which the .prizes were distributed. , The programme was brought . to a close by the crowning of the most amiable and popular girl in the school.
