(From an occasional correspondent.) The Very Rev. Dean Hills, S.M., V.G., has decided to establish a branch of the Hibernian Society in St. Mary’s parish, and the proposal has been taken up with enthusiasm by the parishioners. Mass will be celebrated at New Brighton at 9 o’clock on next Sunday, and every Sunday during the

summer months. Residents and week-end visitors of this popular seaside resort will be pleased to have the opportunity of assisting at Mass. Sunday school is conducted by the Sisters of Mercy. every Sunday at 3 o’clock. The children attend in good numbers. Miss Morgan has been elected representative of the Ladies of Charity to the St. Mary’s branch of the Catholic Federation in place of Miss D. McGrath, who has removed from the parish.
