Sir or Madam, — I have pleasure in directing your attention to the forthcoming Mayoral Election, and, in offering my services to-the burgesses, feel that I can do so with the utmost confidence, having had the honor to be your representative as a City Councillor for a period of eight years. During that term I have served as Chairman of the Electric Light- and Power Department, Water Department, etc., and I have always associated myself with all progressive Municipal legislation.
