WAIPAWA CONVENT SCHOOL

The ribbon dance was very pretty, and the performers went through the necessary evolutions gracefully. In the chorus, ‘ The flower gatherers,’ the soprano voices of the Cosgrove boys deserve special praise, and their perfect enunciation was noticeable. The piano solo by Miss Eileen Whittington was beautifully rendered. The action song interspersed by a whistling chorus by the pupils in tailor costume met with merited applause.
