(From our own correspondent.) December 16. . A meeting was held last Monday evening in St. Patrick's Hall far the purpose of starting a branch of V the St. Vincent de Paul Society. There was a fair attendance, and after an expression of opinion from several of those present, it was decided to establish the Conference, and to meet every Monday night.
