From Messrs. Angus a nd Robertson, Melbou- ne and Sydney, we ha\ c recei ed 'Practical and Theoretical Geometry, in two parts (i rice Gd each). As elementary class books of this important subject they supply all that is needful. They are quite in accordance with the late changes in the teaching of geometry^ A pupil who goes through thorn in tho junior classes will have nothing to unlea n in the stiror classes. A feature of the books is the chapter on ' graphs.'
