Speaking dn the matter of education last Sunday morning at St. Patrick's Basilica, South ' Domed in, the Rev. Father Coffey commented on the gratifying results of the recent examinations by the Education Board's inspectors of St. Patrick's School, conducted by the Sisters of Mercy. He felt extremely pleased with the inspectors' report and the shecess which had attended the pupils of the school. This report by independent gentlemen not connected with the Church was a credit to all concerned — to the Sisters who devote all their time anld energy for the children's welfare in training them to a sound Christian education, pad » to the parents who know tbaA by sending their children to the Catholic sfchool the Faith brought from the Old Land will be carefully guarded.
