His Majesty's Theatre has 1 Ueen securdd fojr both performances, and considering the success which attended similar performances of the Club in the past and the wtcllw t ell known abihiy of Mr. Anthony' as a dramatic coach, the public may 'legitimately expect a couple of evenings' excellent amusement. The Club has determined to leave nothing undone" which would tend to the success of the performances, and consequently new and appropriate scenery is being got ready by a competent artist The mission given by the Jesuit Fathers in St. Patrick's Basilica, South Dunedin, during the past week, was most successful, there being crowded congregations present at all the exercises The very large number of communicants at The early Masses on Sunday bore testimony to the good results of the work of the miss onanes At the nine o'clock Mass" Rev.
