DONEDIN IIOKBK SALEYABDB. Messrs. Wright, Stephenson and Co. report as follows :— There was a moderate entry of hordes for this week's sale. Two first claw* Bpriner-van horses, one fivaand the other six years old, were sold at L 33 and L2B respectively, an! half a dozen light hacks changed hands at from L 6 10s to 1,14. The wiles of draughts were as follows :— One six-year-old heavy gelding at L4O 10s, two agfd at 1-37 10s and L 37, and three other older horttea at L2li 10c>, L 22, and Lls 10,s respectively. The attendance of buyers in the yard for both diau^-ht and light harness horses was large. We quote :— Superior young draught geldings, L 45 to L 52;5 2; extra good prize horses, L 55 to L6O ; uedium draught mares and geldings. L 35 to L 44 ; aged do, Ll6 to L 32 ; upstandinp carriage horses, 1.25 to L3O ; well-matched carriage pairs. L7O to Li>o ; strong spring-van horsee, L2B to L 35 ; milk-cart and butchers' order-cart hor».B, LlB to L 25 ; tram horses, Ll2 to Ll7 ; light backs L 8 to L 10;1 0; extra good hacks, LlB to L 25 ; weedy and aged hacks and harness horses, L 4 to L 7.
