Defective Sanitation.
Speaking at the annual meeting of the Dublin Branch of the National Association for the Prevention of Consumption, the Lord Lieutenant said it was an unfortunate fact that the sanitation of Ireland, and Dublin in particular, was not by any means what it ought to be. A great Congress was to be held in July, from which he hoped good and lasting results.
