The proprietors of the Gaynor Studio, Dunedin, have decided to dispose of the life-size oil painting of his Lordship Bishop Verdon by art union. The drawing will take place about October.... The Commissioner of Crown Lands, Dunedin, notifies that certain sections in Pomahaka Downs Settlement will be open for selection on lease in perpetuity at the District Lands Office, Danedin, on July 15.... Messrs. J. N. Merry and Co., wool and Bkin merchants, Bond street, Dunedin, are prepared to purchase any quantity of rabbit and sheep skins, wool, hides, horsehair, etc., for cash.
