There were moderate entries at the Addington market. Fat Cattle — 221 head yarded, which met with a slow repponße at the first, but subsequently prices hardened up fairly well. bteers realised from LG to 1/.) 12s Gd ; heifers, L."> 8a fid to L 6 10a ; cows. L 4 7s6dto L 8 10s. Best beef brought 21s Gd ; medium, 18s to I.M ; cow and inferior, 14s to 17s per 1001 b. Fat La mhs— 2ooo penned. Those of good quality brought from 12s (id to 14s yd, and light and inferior, 10s to 12. F\t Sheet — 3700 penned, the bulk being ewea, many of whioh were unfinished. These brought from 12s to 14a 2d, Good crossbred wethers were scarce, »nd sold at from 16s 8d to 19s. Stoke Sheet— About 1200 penned, but very little business wm done. Pic* — A moderate entry. Baconers met with a slight improve* ment on last week's rates, Belling at from 38a to 48a 6d. Porkert, which were not bo brisk, realised from 24s to 355.
