Wednesday, 5 p.m Fat Cattle — 251 yarded, prices being slightly lower than last week Bert bullocks, 1,7 10s to L 8 ]5s ; extra prime, LlO ; medium, L 6 10s to L 7 5a ; beat cows and heifers, L 5 10s to L 6 17s 6d ; medium, L 4 10s to L 5 7s 6d. Sheep — 2390 penned, prices being about Is per head lower than last week's rates. Best crossbred wethers, 1 8s 6d to 20s 6d ; medium, l*is tid to 18s M , bot ewes. 17d to 18s 6d ; medium, 9s 6d to loh. Lambs— lU7 penned, prices being about the same as last week. Best lambs, 12s (3d t> lls; extra prime, 15s 3d; medium, lls to 12s 3d. Pigs— loß forw rd. With the exception of porkers and baconers others were uull of sale. Suckers, 3s to 7s ; slips, 9s to 12s ; stores, 15s to 18s ; porkers, 23s to 28s 6d ; baconers, 33d to 41a Gd ; extra heavy pigs, up to ooa.
